Refund & Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Oraize, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Because we source many products through AliExpress, our refund and return process is designed based on AliExpress’s return & refund guidelines, adjusted to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.
2. When Refunds or Returns Are Accepted
You may request a refund or return under the following circumstances:

The item never arrived.

The item is damaged, defective, or broken on delivery.

If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within the time window specified in your confirmation email) so we can guide you through the next steps.
Note: Unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” (i.e. you simply no longer want the item). This is because we rely on third-party suppliers who ship directly to you.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact our support team via email (or other channel listed below) within 7 days of delivery, providing:

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once your request is received, we will review the case and — if valid — provide guidance. For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a refund or a store credit, or — if available — a replacement.

For approved returns, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, accessories intact.

After we have received and inspected the returned item (if return is required), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued through the original payment method you used at checkout. Refund processing may take several business days depending on your payment provider and bank.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our supplier’s fault (defective, wrong product, or not as described), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (including “change of mind,” if allowed), you will be responsible for return shipping.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return / Refund
We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or that show signs of wear/use after delivery.

Any product where original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.) are missing or tampered with.

Items that were customized or specially ordered.
6. Process Time & Refunds

Once we approve your return request, we will notify you of the decision within 3–5 business days after receiving your return (if return is required).

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method. The refund may take 5–15 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
7. What to Do if Your Order Never Arrived
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame (typically the estimated shipping/delivery window), or if tracking shows delivery failed, contact us. We will help you open a refund request, or — if possible — reship the item, depending on the situation.

Because we operate a dropshipping model using third-party suppliers (primarily via AliExpress), returns may involve international shipping. Hence, we strongly encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible.

In rare cases, if the original supplier does not accept returns, we may provide a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund — but only after assessing the situation and with your agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the item does not meet the conditions set out above (e.g. used items, damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc.).
